1. Open a browser and navigate to outlook.office.com It will more than likely sign into your primary email account. If it goes directly to a login proceed to step 4 if this is the very first time you have ever changed the password on your '1' account. Skip to step 10 if you have changed it in the past.
2. Click on your account icon in the top right corner of the outlook website and select sign out.
3. Once the sign out completes navigate to outlook.office.com again.
4. Sign in using your '1' account in email format. IE [email protected]
5. Enter your current password.
6. It should prompt you for more information at this point. Click next.
7. Set up MFA using the MS authenticator app.
8. You will receive a screen for an app password. We dont use those so key in whatever name you want. Example Magnum2025 and hit next. Then click done twice.
9. You will then see an outlook error screen. Disregard it.
10. Navigate to http://pw.magnumlog.com
10. Enter your '1' account in email format and key in the captcha.
11. MFA will trigger to validate you are who you are.
12. Change your password to match that of your primary account.
