With the new Webex phone system, you can use the Webex app similarly to how you would use Jabber and the ACD login before.


Now you can do everything from the Webex app. If you are assigned to a queue you will see it in the bottom left of your Webex screen.


Once you click on the Queues section you can adjust the queues you are assigned to, if the settings are allowed, and change your status.  


The Availability section is where you can change your status. 


By switching to Signed Out you will no longer receive calls from any queue you are in. This would be what you would do at the end of your shift. The other status options depend on what your department and position require of you.
