In the calling user portal, you can manage your voicemail settings, such as when to enable voicemail, message storage settings, and notifications of new voicemail messages. You can also set up your voicemail greetings.
To access the voicemail settings go to http://settings.webex.com and select Webex Calling. (Blue Box)
From the calling user portal, click Voicemail. (Blue Box)
Then, Click Voicemail Settings. (Red Box)
From Voicemail Settings you can adjust many settings.
Set up your voicemail greetings
- Scroll to Greetings.
- Set the number of rings you'd like callers to hear before they hear your voicemail greeting.

Choose your busy greeting from the drop-down menu next to
- System-- This plays the system default greeting.

Personal-- If this option is selected, choose the file to upload.
- Greetings can be recorded by dialing the Voice Portal (pressing the message button on your IP phone) and entering the Voice Portal password.

Choose your no-answer greeting from the drop-down menu next to If unanswered use greeting from:
- System-- This plays the system default greeting.

Personal-- If this option is selected, choose the file to upload.
- Greetings can be recorded by dialing the Voice Portal (Pressing the message button on your IP phone) and entering the Voice Portal password.
- Click Save.

Choose when to send callers to voicemail

Choose when to have your voicemail active:
- Always

When Busy
- Incoming calls will not be directed to voicemail when call waiting is enabled.
- When No Answer
- Click Save.

Enable voicemail notifications
- Toggle on Notifications.

To receive text message notifications, select Notify me via text message when new voicemail messages are received.
- If this option is selected, enter the phone number and service provider.

To receive email notifications, select Notify me via email when new voicemail messages are received.
- If this option is selected, enter the email address to send notifications to.

To send to an email address with the message attached, check the box next to Attach new voicemail messages and send via email.

If this option is selected, enter the email address to send the notifications and attached messages to.
- This option may be unavailable if voicemail forwarding is disabled.

If this option is selected, enter the email address to send the notifications and attached messages to.
- Click Save.
